Complete 400-600 steps of stair races.
- stairs can be in short or long sets (whatever you’ve got)
- race at least one person, more if you’ve got a team handy
- rest as you descend
- Bonus: do this as a part of a 45-60min run

Notes from Jeff’s test run of this HILLWOD: I did this one in Encinitas, California during the SEALFIT SOF Immersion Academy, joining the Academy participants in all of these intervals. Coaches need to train and suffer too! We did these stair races during a 1-hour soft sand and beach run. By the way, I highly recommend the SEALFIT Academies, and there are versions for every level. Check them out!
