HILLWOD 33 plays on THREE (as the Magic Number)!
Complete 3 rounds of the following:
- Run 3 minutes hard up hill
- Rest 3 minutes; however, that rest must include 33 air squats
After the last set of squats, restart the timer and finish 33 burpees within 3 minutes.

Notes from Jeff’s test run of this HILLWOD: I did this one back home in Switzerland after being abroad for most of the past few months. It was a beautiful autumn day, which proved a great distration from the suck of those 3 minute hill sprints! I had to push hard to do the 33 burpees unbroken at the end, but it was worth it!
