Grab a friend for this one and hit the hills! All intervals are 20 seconds (there are 14 of them!), but the rest breaks vary. Also, there’s a mantra theme. Have a great session!

Note’s from Jeff’s test run of this HWOD: I did this one in late February in Richterswil, Switzerland with Eileen Pott, during our weekend of recording the kick-off episodes for the upcoming Hillseeker Podcast. It was COLD, but those hill intervals got us warm fast. The last mantra I used, fly, was the most effective, as I coupled it with imagery of a fighter plane launching from an aircraft carrier. That resulted in a huge turbo boost for the intervals I linked it to.
