It’s DONE! I set out with a goal at the begining of 2015 to design, complete, document and share 40 different hill running workouts. I’m happy to check in at the end of 2015 and report that it was a success. It certainly motivated me to complete 40 challenging hill workouts and to break myself away from my writing desk regularly to run up hills.
Thank you everyone who supported the project, offered encouragement and tried some of the workouts. I hope it brought you some new ideas and inspiration!
