Hill Running Workout 10 #hillwod

Throw on a weight vest and go UP, then up and down (with squats), the UP again. Keep doing that until you finish your last 2min interval. Then add some short sprint starts. This one is a BURNER. You’re going to love it and hate it.





Notes from Jeff’s test run of this HWOD: I did this one in Richterswil, Switzerland on a hilly street next to my home. I found a section of road that started at a bench and ended at a water foundation. I covered this distance on my first interval, so set the goal of making it that far each subsequent interval.This one BURNS!
